I bring the gym to you so there’s no need to purchase any equipment, no contracts to sign and no memberships to buy. I provide everything you need for a challenging fat burning, muscle sculpting workout. It’s fitness & nutrition simplified in a non-intimidating, motivational environment... your home.

All payments are due IN ADVANCE of services rendered.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change a scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of that session
