Can anyone walk about 3 kms without any break? If someone can do it, but is it possible to walk 3 kms daily? Definitely no.
Walking is a good remedy for Most of the health issues like Blood sugar, Obesity, Heart problems. But most of us will go upto 3 kms for the first day of exercise. But the time being, our work out will be slow down. In one particular time, we just forget about walking or exercise. We can realize it when we got another health issue.

Don’t try to walk too hard on the first day of practice; it may lead you to tired and it is difficult to walk on the next day. So try to walk daily and regularly, if you leave Sunday as holiday for walking, then it is so difficult to walk on Monday. But this is the slow process to reduce the fat.
